Booking Conditions
Thank
you for your interest in Holly Beck. Our prices are based on
weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter breaks
may be made by prior arrangement, please get in touch to see if
this is possible (either
by sending an email to info@northyorkshirecottage.co.uk
or
by telephoning Chris on +44 (0) 1325 462223
or on +44 (0) 7802 596167) . The property is available from 3.00pm on
the first day of the booking and guests are asked to vacate by
10.00am on the day of departure.
A
deposit of 25% is required when booking the
property and the balance is payable 4 weeks in advance of the commencement
of the booking. Full payment is required if the booking is
cancelled within 4 weeks of the commencement of the booking.
We
require that all guests take good care of Holly Beck and that they
leave the property clean and tidy on departure. If there are
any problems during your stay, tell us immediately and we will
make every effort to sort them out as quickly as possible. |
